INTEGRATED APPROACH TO DIAGNOSIS OF INTERNAL RISKS OF RETAIL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITION OF CROWN CRISIS

Abstract
In the provisions of the scientific article, the authors analyze the main functions of risk, systematize methods for diagnosing risks, each of which identifies the advantages and disadvantages. The scientific and methodological approach to determining the integrated level of internal risks of the retail enterprise, which is based on a system of multicriteria risk assessments (information and DG risks, resource, organizational, commodity, price, sales, logistics, distribution, communication, insider, DG risks), HR-risks), which allows to determine the strategic directions of purposeful risk management taking into account changes in the internal environment of the retail enterprise. The authors present the results of practical implementation of the proposed approach on the example of ATB-Market LLC, the results of which quantify the impact of risks. In order to increase the level of risk sustainability of retail trade identified key staff competencies (trade and operational, competencies in the field of assortment, competencies in merchandising, competencies in customer service, analytical competencies, transactional competencies, strategic competencies) and argued the need for their development maintaining a high level of risk sustainability of the retail business.
