Abstract

The article presents a comprehensive study of integrating entrepreneurial components into the system of vocational training of experts. The methodological framework of the investigation is based on a comparative analysis of international ecosystem models (dual, cooperative and phenomenological) and an examination of Ukraine’s experience in transforming the educational environment. The study explores the nature of entrepreneurial competence as a cross-cutting meta-competence (mindset) that corresponds to the standards of the European EntreComp framework. The main outcome of the research is the justification of the authors’ hybrid ‘Win-Win’ model which integrates European quality standards, American rapid prototyping techniques (Lean Startup) and national priorities for post-war recovery, particularly in the Military-tech sector. A three-stage algorithm for implementing entrepreneurial content has been suggested: from cross-cutting integration into professional training courses to encouraging extracurricular activities. The effectiveness of modern diagnostic tools (pitching, self-assessment) and the need to transform educational institutions into ‘learning ecosystems’ have been demonstrated. Prospects for further research imply the experimental testing of the suggested model in the context of vocational education digitalisation.
