PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF PERSONNEL MOTIVATION

Abstract
abstract. The article describes the psychological features of personnel motivation. In particular, an analysis of internal and external factors that influence employee motivation was carried out. 35 people aged 25 to 40 years participated in the study. To analyze the motivational component, the «Motivation Sources Inventory (MSI)» developed by J. Barbuto and R. Scholl and the «Motivational Profile» by S. Ritchie and P. Marrtina were used. According to the results of the study, the main motivational factor is the financial component. Also, a large number of employees strive for professional fulfillment. Prospects for further research are to conduct a comparative analysis of motivational profiles and levels of job satisfaction depending on the length of service and age of employees, as well as to study the impact of these indicators on productivity.
