Article processing charge

Open access publishing is not without costs. Publishing House "Baltija Publishing" defrays these costs through APC (Article processing charge) because it does not have subscription charges for its research content. It is generally assumed that an APC will be paid by a funding agency, by the author’s institution or the author personally. The Editorial instead believes that immediate, worldwide, barrier-free, open access to the full text of research articles is in the best interests of the scientific community.

The APC ensures the full immediate access to the article on the publisher’s website (without registration on the site). The APC covers the costs of publication process (copy editing, formatting the text, to compose the figures and tables, etc.) including the administrating of peer-review process, the permanent archiving of the articles, site administrating (hosting the files of the articles, maintenance and support of the site), the promotion of the journal and articles (to share the journals content all over the world, serve the indexing services, etc.) and customers support.

An APC for publication in this journal is 1000 EUR (plus VAT, if applicable). We would like to inform you that we have an official representative in Ukraine that is authorized to accept articles and monetary remuneration. The representative works with all authors from the others countries and lower-middle-income countries is 750 EUR. The APC is paid once, only if the manuscript is accepted for publication after being peer reviewed (Publishing House "Baltija Publishing" does not use submission or review charges).

Apart from these Article-processing charges, there are no submission charges, page charges, or color charges.
