Abstract
The article discusses the issues related to living will writing conditions, which takes effect during the lifetime of the testator, in the event of his clinical incapacity. The author points out that «living will» is a legal document that expresses the will of the testator, setting out the conditions and guidelines of termination of care if the patient will be in a terminal state. This is a Durable Power of Attorney, which gives powers for health care, and, in particular, of decision-making on issues related to health care, and can be used in accordance with the values and the desire of any individual.
