Abstract

The author of the article considers the legal status of a community of owners of apartments. The author describes the concept and essence of a community of apartment owners. The author provides definitions of a community of apartment owners, general meeting of apartment owners, and the mutual contract between the apartment owners on the management company of the community common property. The author describes the category of apartment owners who have not entered a community as well as the status of the owners who have not privatized their apartments.
