Abstract

The article is dedicated to the analysis of regulatory enactments regulating housing relationships and their practical application. The article contains the analysis of norms, regulating contractual relations in the sphere of residential house management and the procedure for the calculation of the fee for services related to the use of residential spaces. The author pays special attention to the interaction of legal norms. The analysis has resulted in the identification of positive and negative aspects of the process. The most topical problems existing in the sphere of residential house management have been defined. On the basis of the analysis the author has made proposals for the improvement of the national law.
