Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of sexual well-being of women in the period of age changes as a predictor of psychological well-being of the individual focuses on the study of such substantive components of psychological well-being as: sexuality, sexual health, satisfaction with sexual relations It is revealed in which contexts researchers study the phenomenon of sexual well-being of a person, as well as features of various aspects of subjective quality of life, happiness and optimism, psychological well-being, subjective well-being, sexual intercourse, sexual intercourse. The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis of modern psychological ideas about the nature of sexual well-being of mature women as a predictor of psychological well-being of the individual. To achieve the goal of the study, the following methods were used: analysis, synthesis, comparison, abstraction, generalization, systematization of modern scientific sources and results of psychological research on the problem, which outlined the impact of women’s sexual well-being on agerelated changes in their psychological health and quality of life.
