The monograph is devoted to the reasoning, development, implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of recommendations for personal physical education of the primary school students in the New Ukrainian School. Theoretical bases of personal physical culture formation among primary school students are generalized. Approaches to the assessment of the level of formation of personal physical culture of schoolchildren are systematized. Pedagogical conditions based on the principles of Olympic education are characterized, which will promote the education of humanistic ideals and values of the individual. The effectiveness of the recommendations aimed at improving the level of personal physical culture and improving the health of primary school children in the process of educational and extracurricular physical education classes was evaluated.
The study is recommended for practical use in the process of professional activity by physical education teachers, research and teaching staff, graduate students, students and all interested professionals who are involved in the education and upbringing of primary school students in modern conditions.
