The monograph summarizes the results of studies of the intracavity formation of laser beams with inhomogeneous spatial polarization in the terahertz range, the physical features of their propagation in oversized waveguides and in free space are considered. New methods for diagnosing and controlling the radiation of focused laser beams are developed.
