Vladimir Simakov


In the article the key success factor in the e-commerce market, which is an adequate assessment of the effectiveness of management of innovative economic forms of entrepreneurship is analyzed. The types of areas that form the basis for the functioning and development of innovative economic forms of entrepreneurship, in particular – the field of e-commerce. The content and significance of each of these areas are described.
